LiT Awards 2024

The winners will be announced on May 16th, 2024 during the Latinas in Tech Summit 2024

We are thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for the annual Latinas in Tech Awards, which aim to recognize and celebrate three categories: Latina of the Year, Company of the Year, ERG of the Year, and Latina Entrepreneur of the Year.

These awards recognize outstanding individuals, companies, and employee resource groups who are making significant contributions to the Tech industry and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Latina of the Year

The Latina of the Year Award recognizes a woman-identified person who demonstrates outstanding leadership, leads high-impact initiatives, demonstrates dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and/or is making important contributions to the advancement of Latinx folks in the technology industry. The award is designed to honor top-tier executives whose leadership significantly shapes and elevates the Latinx community within the tech sector.

If you know a Latina professional who has made remarkable strides in the tech industry and deserves recognition for their hard work and achievements, we encourage you to nominate them for the Latina of the Year award.

Company of the Year

The Company of the Year Award is an award that recognizes an employer who has gone above and beyond in creating an inclusive workplace for all their employees and external communities.

ERG of the Year

The ERG of the Year Award is an award that celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of Employee Resource Groups.

These ERG groups are led by employees  who are supported by their companies, they offer a variety of programming including professional development, workshops, community events, and partnerships with community organizations that benefit Latinx communities.

The Latina Entrepreneur of the Year award recognizes a Latina founder within the Tech ecosystem who has not only built a thriving organization but has also made a significant impact in their industry and community. This award celebrates their innovation, leadership, and dedication to making a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
